PoMo Projects is back!

Take a break from preparing for your exams, stress and the long, dark winter, and join us at PoMo for an evening of art, mindfulness and calm.

Led by an art educator, you’ll start with a guided tour of the exhibition Catherine Opie – Mountains Don’t Know Their Names. Afterwards, one of the instructors from Zenit Yoga will take you through a session of gentle yoga, yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation.

No previous experience with yoga or meditation is needed. The session is suitable for everyone, whatever your starting point. Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on if you have one. We have a limited number available to borrow.

Doors open at 7.30pm.

PoMo Projects Creative Museum Experiences for Young Adults

Meditate at the Museum is part of PoMo Projects, a series of events for young adults who want to be social, creative and explore art. All events are for ages 18 and over.

Your ticket includes museum admission for the whole day, so you can visit the exhibition earlier in the day if you like.

It pays to be under 25 or a student member, as you can get up to 50% off all PoMo Projects events.
