Duration
If you purchase a membership before we open – 15th February 2025 – it will be valid for one year from 15th February. If you purchase a membership after 15th February, it will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The memberships are personal and can not be shared.
Memberships and tickets are non-refundable. PoMo complies with current consumer rights and regulations relevant to its business. For more information, visit forbrukerradet.no and forbrukertilsynet.no.
The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to membership purchases. You may request a refund within 14 days. Tickets for cultural events are not covered by the Right of Withdrawal.
As a member, you agree that PoMo may send you tips, special offers, event invitations, competitions, and relevant information about your membership via email.
To become a member, you must be over 18 and have a valid email address.
As a member, you consent to PoMo storing, processing, and using your personal data to provide tailored offers, membership campaigns, and information about the benefits programme. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.
Membership is linked to your email address, which serves as identification along with your name.
PoMo is responsible for the membership programme and reserves the right to make changes to the terms or terminate the programme. As a member, you will be notified at least three weeks in advance of any changes taking effect.
We use the NETS Easy payment solution to process payments for memberships and tickets.
Force majeure
In the event of a situation that makes it impossible for PoMo to fulfil its obligations regarding the purchase of products/services, and which is considered Force Majeure under standard consumer laws, the affected party's obligations will cease for as long as the extraordinary situation persists.
