Questions about tickets

Can I buy an entrance ticket when I arrive at PoMo?
Yes, you can buy a ticket when you arrive, but the museum might be full. To guarantee entry exactly when you want, we recommend purchasing your ticket online before you come.

I’ve been charged twice for the tickets I purchased. What should I do?
If you experience a duplicate charge, one of the payments will be refunded promptly. If this doesn’t happen within 1-3 days, please contact hello@pomo.no. Be sure to include relevant information so we can assist you quickly.

Not yet, but we are working on it and will hopefully have it in place very soon.

I’ve purchased a ticket in advance but I’m going to be late. What should I do?
We encourage you to arrive as close to your chosen time as possible due to capacity limitations. With a pre-booked ticket, you’re guaranteed entry at your selected time. If you’re late, our hosts will help you enter as soon as we have capacity.

What should I do if I’ve bought a ticket I can’t use?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchased tickets.

How long can I stay at the museum with my entry ticket?
You’re welcome to stay for as long as you like on the day your ticket is valid.

Can I leave the museum and come back in later the same day?
Your ticket is valid all day, but if you leave, there may be a queue when you return. In that case, you’ll need to wait in line until we have capacity again.
